About Chris Rocker

Chris Rocker grew up in Bournemouth, Dorset and left when he joined the Royal Air Force in 1974. Six years later, having studied, it was time to start learning about business and what it takes to succeed.
He focussed for many years of making a real difference in growing significant sales and reinventing operational systems with several national companies. In June 2000, Chris was offered, and accepted, the role of Sales Director with John Lewis of Hungerford. A long-established AIM-listed furniture and kitchen company based in Oxfordshire. John Lewis was inspirational and added considerably to his marketing knowledge and attention to detail.

After over 25 years of experience in Sales and Operations, Chris was looking for a fresh start and a change of lifestyle. In 2006, having fallen in love with Plantation Shutters, his dream of starting a specialist company to meet the growing demand in the field was realised, Just Shutters was born. Chris has worked tirelessly to grow the business steadily and strongly while providing exemplary customer service. Having created the best-loved shutter company in the South of England, he decided that the franchise model was the perfect way to work with like-minded entrepreneurs who take responsibility and are as passionate about great business and customer service as him.
